Online presence strategy workshop

A hands-on online presence strategy workshop for 8 Lake Balaton providers at the Dobosi Estate: participants created their own strategy and a three-month plan. The proof that it works – one participant generated several hundred thousand forints in revenue from new online sales within a few months.

A one-day pilot online presence strategy workshop for experience-selling tourism providers at the Dobosi Estate Center (Szentantalfa). The four modules: (I) analyzing online visibility and online presence; (II) digital tools, online sales platforms and booking systems, conversion optimization; (III–IV) designing an online presence strategy. The presented tools were collected on a “link tree” (lnk.bio/novitatis), participants created their own strategy on a Figma whiteboard using a shared canvas framework, then chose 3 concrete projects achievable within three months (e.g. introducing online sales, increasing website traffic). The training was followed by individual online consultation. Measurable result: one participant launched online sales of their programs in a time-slot booking system and generated several hundred thousand forints in revenue.
