A two-day, practice-oriented package offer and product development workshop at VisitBalaton365's brand-new destination management training center in Keszthely, with 20 Lake Balaton tourism providers. The program ran from the concept and legal aspects of package offers through cycling packages to pricing, positioning, promotion and invoicing. As the workshop's facilitator, Adam Schmutz gave participants a sequential planning canvas template that guided small-group product development module by module (target group, content, duration, pricing, marketing, sales), and also contributed as a digital/sales expert. The trainers: Peter Princzinger, Balint Erdei, Laszlo Szilasi, Peter Burgyan, Nikolett Hajdu, Adam Schmutz. Measurable result: the workshop produced a real, bookable experience package – a two-night Gen-Z (16–19 year-olds) Lake Balaton school trip at HUF 55,000/person, bookable online at balatonbiketour.com.
