Community assessment and development strategy
We assessed the state of a parish community through surveys and in-depth interviews, then worked the findings up with the members themselves. In a workshop with the community's leaders we co-created a development strategy answering the challenges identified, alongside a one-year action plan breaking the goals into tangible steps. The strategy was built with those involved, on their own knowledge, rather than handed down from outside.

We processed the findings with the involvement of community members, then co-created a strategy answering the challenges in a workshop with the community's leaders. Alongside the strategy we compiled a one-year action plan breaking the goals into tangible steps, contributing to the community's strengthening. The project shows our participatory, natural-community-development approach: we don't hand over a strategy written from outside , we create it together with those involved, building on their knowledge.
