Guest satisfaction index and Lake Balaton pilot

Guest satisfaction is usually treated as a feeling, so we made it measurable. We developed a guest-satisfaction index that gives comparable, data-driven feedback on service quality and the guest experience, then tested it in a Lake Balaton pilot. The index lets destinations and providers see, regularly and quantitatively, where they stand and where to develop. It pairs index-methodology development with the real needs of tourism practice.
